Terms and Conditions — What you need to know before using 67 BDT

• Extended inactivity (no login for more than 12 months).
• For regulatory or legal reasons.

You may also request account closure at any time through our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

11. Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours.

• Submit a complaint via support email or live chat.
• Please include full details of your complaint, along with screenshots and transaction information.
• 67 BDT will provide a formal response within 7 business days.
• If a complaint remains unresolved, independent mediation will be considered as an alternative.

12. Changes to Terms

Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with the new terms, you always have the option to close your account.
